# Warehouse Lumper Hot Job
* Unload inbound freight manually or with non-powered equipment such as hand jacks and pallet jacks
* Break down pallets and sort product by item number or destination
* Re-stack freight in accordance with safety and operational standards
* Shrink-wrap completed pallets and prepare them for storage or outbound shipment
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including sweeping, trash removal, and debris clearing
* Follow all warehouse safety procedures, company policies, and food safety regulations
* Communicate any discrepancies, damages, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately
* Assist with organizing and consolidating pallets to maximize warehouse space
* Work collaboratively with receiving and shipping teams to ensure efficient operations
* Attend required team meetings and training sessions
* Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by supervisor or management
* Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
* Proven experience in warehouse environment preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
* Ability to handle a high volume of tasks and multitask effectively
* Able to work at a steady pace for the entire shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Adheres to company policies, safety standards, and procedures
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must successfully pass a controlled substance screening test
* This is a full-time position; must be available to work Monday-Friday, weekends & holidays as needed.
* Work hours may vary, or change based on department or operational requirements
