Warehouse Associate

This warehouse role focuses on returns processing, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping support. You will inspect returned products, maintain accurate inventory records, help resolve discrepancies, and keep warehouse operations organized and efficient.

• Process customer returns and exchanges.
• Inspect returned items for condition and confirm they meet return criteria.
• Coordinate exchanges, repairs, and other return-related resolutions with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of returns, including reasons for return and customer information.
• Provide helpful customer service and resolve return-related questions.
• Follow company return policies and procedures.
• Update inventory records to reflect returned items and product disposition.
• Manage the return merchandise authorization process, including issuing RMAs, inspecting merchandise, and sorting returned items.
• Follow up with customers regarding returns when needed.
• Receive and unpack incoming shipments.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders.
• Enter received items into inventory software.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock movement records, and discrepancy reports.
• Perform regular inventory audits and help resolve discrepancies.
• Keep inventory storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with stocking shelves and moving inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and reporting.
• Assist clients with inventory counts and verification.
• Answer inventory-related customer questions and complaints.
• Pack and ship items and pick inventory for orders as needed.
• Complete other assigned warehouse duties as needed.

• Excellent math and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 - 75 lbs.
• Previous inventory or returns experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
