Early Years Educator​/Early Years Practitioner

We are currently looking for Early Years Practitioners (Nursery Nurse), for 38 hours per week at our Newark Nursery.

• Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Plan and implement engaging early childhood education activities that promote learning and development.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive environment.
• Assist in managing daily nursery operations and support leadership in maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

• Proven experience in early childhood education and childcare settings
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents
• Previous nursery experience, demonstrating ability to support children's development
• Leadership and management skills to guide and mentor junior staff
• Commitment to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners

Because of the nature of this job, it will be necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken.
