We're looking for an experienced Joiner Multi Trade to carry out responsive repairs in council properties across Newark. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a company van and fuel card provided from day one.
As a Joiner Multi Trade, you will be:
- Completing responsive repairs in occupied council properties
- Carrying out second-fix carpentry
- Completing minor plumbing repairs
- Undertaking patch plastering and patch tiling
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Experience working in social housing or council repairs
- Joinery and multi-trade experience
- A full UK driving licence
- 20 per hour through the agency
- Company van and fuel card from day one
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
- Permanent salary of 30,000
- Optional call-out rota to increase earnings
- Weekly pay
