Gravesend, UK ? Kent, UK ? Maidstone, UK ? Rochester, UK ? Sidcup, UK ? Hours of work & Package Basic Salary of £34,000 Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour week Paid travel time up to £4,000 per annum Call out 1 in 6 Lots of overtime 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company van Private pension Private healthcare Optional private dental

Key Responsibilities Emergency lighting tests & Fire alarm tests Painting & Decorating Basic lighting Basic Carpentry and plumbing Fixing Furniture Hanging Pictures & Shelves Maintain and update Log books Assist the maintenance team on site Escort sub-contractors To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.
