We are seeking a Sr. SW Quality Vehicle Operation and Validation Project Manager who will serve as the accountable Lucid owner for the California assessment fleet, daily Quality assessment execution, and validation project coordination.

This role is responsible for ensuring assessment vehicles are ready, scheduled, configured, and available against software release milestones while managing fleet logistics, repair readiness, OTA and build control, validation support, and cross‑functional execution.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline, hands‑on vehicle operations capability, software quality validation experience, and proactive cross‑functional coordination to ensure Quality assessments start on time, findings are supported with the right evidence, and release readiness decisions are grounded in real vehicle execution.

Mission:
Lead SW Quality vehicle operations and validation project execution by keeping the California assessment fleet ready, controlled, and effectively utilized so daily Quality assessments can execute on time and support software release readiness.

Serve as the accountable Lucid owner for the California assessment fleet, daily Quality assessment execution, and validation project coordination.

Maintain fleet and vehicle readiness by ensuring assessment vehicles are available, scheduled, configured, and utilized against software release milestones.

Coordinate maintenance, repair, and parts replacement activities to keep assessment vehicles ready for planned execution.

Own OTA and build control across the assessment fleet, including update deployment, version tracking, and configuration integrity.
