Electrical Construction Project Manager
Newark, CA, US
Job DescriptionExperience: Mid Level
Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 per year
Job Details- Manage electrical projects, ensure project timelines/milestones, manage/control jobsite/costs/budgets, lead team onsite, value engineering, change orders, and GC/client/sub relations
- Blueprints, contracts, reports/docs, meetings, scheduling, coordination, quality control, safety, and closeout
- Working with project planning, scheduling, timelines, and cost controls
- Projects include high tech, healthcare, and aviation
- 3+ years of experience as Project Manager on commercial electrical construction projects
- Must pass background check and drug test
