Summer school front office manager ensures smooth daily campus operations in a fast‑paced, short‑term academic setting by serving as the central point of contact for logistics, communication, and student support. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, screening calls, managing student check‑ins and check‑outs, handling parent and student inquiries, providing basic first aid, and supporting student welfare needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate attendance and student records, preparing reports and materials, managing schedules, handling mail, coordinating supplies and technology needs, assisting with emergency protocols, and supporting administrators.

Strong organizational, technology, and customer service skills are essential to maintaining a welcoming, efficient front office that keeps summer school running effectively.
