, you will ensure material readiness, validate bills of materials (BOM), track critical components, and coordinate kitting to keep early‑phase hardware builds on schedule. • Pay Rate: $32-$38 per hour

• Ensure material availability to support engineering prototype and hardware builds
• Validate and manage bills of materials (BOM) for accuracy and completeness
• Track parts and components to maintain material readiness
• Coordinate kitting and staging activities for build execution
• Align material planning with changing engineering priorities and schedules
• Support process improvements related to material flow and readiness
• Participate in daily stand‑ups and cross‑functional planning meetings
• Maintain strong attention to detail in a fast‑moving R&D environment

• 2‑5 years of experience in materials planning, manufacturing support, or related operations
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Experience with manufacturing part processes and material coordination
• Ability to proactively manage multiple priorities with urgency
• SAP experience is a strong plus (training available)
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree not required
• Demonstrated job stability and commitment to long‑term engagement
