This position is responsible for leading supplier deliverables and ensuring these results are closely aligned with the objectives and timelines set by the vehicle program management group. * Provide hands‑on training, coaching, and continuous support to stakeholders on KPI dashboards, metrics usage, and data interpretation.
* Contribute to both strategic and tactical planning discussions, translating business objectives into executable program plans.
* Track and drive execution against key milestones and deliverables to ensure on‑time, high‑quality program launches.
* Engage directly with suppliers to review program timelines, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and challenge processes, assumptions, and delivery plans as needed.
* Exercise sound judgment to determine when issues can be resolved within the working team versus when escalation is required, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Influence cross‑functional partners to identify data‑driven improvement opportunities that drive measurable business impact.
* Oversee the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of Supplier Industrialization Engineering (SIE) programs, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
* Stay current on industry trends, emerging tools, and regulatory considerations related to program management and supplier industrialization.
* Travel domestically and internationally, including short‑notice and extended assignments, to support manufacturing and supplier readiness activities.
You Bring:
