Responsibilities
- Implement and conduct from early stage to production stage for End-of-Line in automotive applications.
- Responsible for testing and verifying power electronic components before mass production (Inverter, on-board charger, BMS).
- Work closely with the design and software groups to collect all testing requirements.
- Responsible for setting up and operating tests based on test specifications.
- Execute the test items, document the testing process, and deliver the test report.
- Track test progress, troubleshoot, and root cause test failures.
- Work with Environment, Health, and Safety teams to maintain and improve safety of the lab.
- Good experience in handling test equipment (e.g., power supplies, climate chambers, chillers, DMM, oscilloscope).
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Executing test methods for high voltage, high power products.
- Hands‑on experience in lab equipment (AC grid simulator, DC power supply, oscilloscope, etc.) and maintenance.
- BS degree in E/E or mechanical engineering
- Over 3 years of industry experience.
- Knowledge of environmental reliability requirement for automotive and industrial systems.
- Knowledge of automotive electronics and EV powertrain.
- Experience in automotive test.
- NI LabVIEW & NI Hardware’s knowledge.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 – $70.00/hr.
