Responsibilities- Liaise with the production team on all quality related issues
- Monitor day to day issues with regards health, safety & environment
- Ensure compliance with national legislation
- Perform Process Audit within the related area (Supplier Process, SAS Process)
- Develop risk management
- Report quality issues (claims coming from customer, SAS line, supplier) & identify root cause
- Deliver training sessions on all relevant aspects of Quality
- Establish & maintain safe systems of work within the area of responsibility
- Lead and be able to substitute the related Quality Technicians
- Define & manage Quality Planning & Documentation
- Create the JIS facility internal audit schedule
- Plan, realise & manage related equipment
- Accomplish and coordinate initial sampling (components and module)
- Authorize blocking & releasing production

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
- Experience with FMEA, SPC, ISO 14001, ISO TS, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.1
- Experience leading work‑teams (nice to have, potentially first‑time experience)
- Problem‑solving experience and methodologies
