We are at the forefront of electric vehicle innovation and we’re looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and thrive on solving complex challenges, we want to hear from you.

As a member of the High Voltage Design team, you will lead the development of next-generation high-voltage distribution systems including HV connectors, vehicle harnesses, charge ports, and associated electromechanical components. You will be responsible for architecture development, component design, vehicle integration, validation, and launch of critical HV systems that enable safe and reliable power delivery across Lucid vehicle platforms. • Own The Design
  :
  Take ownership of in-house HV connector designs, routing and optimization of HV harnesses, and related components for next-generation vehicle platforms, ensuring successful implementation from concept to production and beyond
  • Managing every aspect of design engineering from concept to production and beyond.
  • Develop system-level solutions that balance electrical performance, mechanical robustness, manufacturability, cost, serviceability, and customer experience.
  • Lead supplier technical reviews, DFMEA reviews, tooling reviews, validation alignment, and production launch activities.
• Prototype & Test
  :
  Design, build, and test your prototypes
  • Define and support executing environmental, vibration, thermal shock, temperature cycling, ingress protection, durability, and mechanical qualification testing
  • Drive design changes based on test results and real-world feedback.
• Innovate & Optimize
  :
  Continuously optimize designs for cost and performance without sacrificing safety or reliability.
• Collaborate
  :
  Work closely with electrical engineers, quality assurance, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Mentor
  :
  Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, lead internal design reviews, and drive engineering decisions through analysis, testing, and first-principles reasoning.
