Manager, SAP Finance

About the Role

Lucid Motors is seeking an experienced SAP Finance Lead to own and evolve our SAP Finance landscape across Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Procure-to-Pay, Tax, Expense Management, and Financial Reporting. This role combines operational ownership with strategic transformation initiatives and will serve as the primary SAP Finance partner to Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Tax, and business leadership.

• Own SAP FICO processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Product Costing, and Intercompany Accounting.
• Drive SAP Finance enhancements, production support, issue resolution, and business process improvement.
• Lead Finance Transformation initiatives including close optimization, automation, reporting, and controls.
• Support manufacturing finance processes including Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Standard Costing, Inventory Valuation, and COGS analysis.
• Manage integrations across SAP, Coupa, Concur, One Source Tax, Open Text VIM, SAP Analytics Cloud, and planning platforms.
• Partner with Finance leadership on roadmap planning, governance, controls, and compliance initiatives.
• Manage AMS vendors, consultants, and delivery partners while reducing dependency on external resources.

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO configuration and support.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial close, accounting operations, costing, intercompany accounting, and reporting.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise finance operations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Manufacturing industry experience, preferably automotive.
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance certification.
• Experience with Coupa, Concur, One Source Tax, Open Text VIM, SAC, and Anaplan.
• Familiarity with global deployments and multi-country finance operations.
• Knowledge of SOX controls, audit requirements, and governance frameworks.

• Reduce contractor dependency through stronger internal ownership.

The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Base Pay Range (Annual) $151,700 — $222,420 USD

Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program.
