Base pay range

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of expertise in leading IT-focused, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex technical programs across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage Salesforce-related projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive cross-functional IT programs, coordinating stakeholders across global teams.
- Apply a strong understanding of SDLC to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Analyze and optimize sales, service, and supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and KPIs/SLAs to measure performance and outcomes.
- Identify risks proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure successful resolution of escalations.
- Champion process improvements by identifying gaps, implementing best practices, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder and customer expectations with clear, proactive communication.
- Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite to drive collaboration and track progress.
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, leading IT-driven programs.
- Extensive expertise in Salesforce platforms (CRM, customization, and integration best practices).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, large-scale Salesforce projects.
- Solid knowledge of sales, service, and supply chain business processes.
- Automotive industry experience (preferred, not required).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Proven experience ensuring high-quality deliverables, process optimization, and performance tracking.
