Job Description:Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business/Product Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, identify solutions, and optimize CRM functionality to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Services Lightning, Marketing Cloud).
- Analyze existing Salesforce implementations and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Lead requirement workshops, backlog grooming, and user story development.
- Work with Salesforce admins, developers, and vendors to implement and test solutions.
- Define and document process flows, data models, and configuration settings.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for system changes.
- Recommend improvements in business processes and system integrations.
- Perform testing and support deployment and post-deployment activities.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Track KPIs and product health metrics.
- Support sprint planning, retrospectives, and roadmap sessions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
- Proficient in writing business requirements, functional specs, and user stories.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Lightning).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with product management frameworks (e.g., OKRs, JTBD).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs or middleware (e.g., Workato).
- Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Additional Salesforce certifications – Desirable
