Description: The Net Suite Administrator should be an initiative-taking self-starter who likes working and staying current with the latest technologies and takes ownership of both projects and day-to-day responsibilities. The Net Suite Administrator will operate within the IT/Finance (CFO) department, providing support, administration, and development for our client's Net Suite ERP system. This role is essential for ensuring that Net Suite functions smoothly and supports the business operations effectively.

Key role will be maximizing the value and benefits of Net Suite to business. The successful candidate will be both functional and technical, with effective communication and analytical skills.

• Administer and manage Net Suite ERP system, including configuration, user setup, roles, and permissions.
• Develop and implement customizations, scripts, workflows, and reports to meet business needs
• Provide support and training to users to ensure effective use of Net Suite functionalities and develop custom solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system enhancements and custom solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including managing support tickets with Net Suite or third-party vendors.
• Maintain system documentation, including user guides, process flows, and training materials.
• Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits and implementing data management best practices.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address any potential issues.

• Help support production issues with integrated apps like:
  • Brex
  • Box
  • Net Suite Open Air (Suite Projects Pro)
• Create and tweak workflows
• Create and tweak html and pdf printouts
• Security roles and permissions
• Advise how to restore shortcuts if they disappear during the upcoming upgrade
• Resolve an issue with the Box application that integrates with Net Suite.

The salary range provided for this contract role represents our good faith estimate for this position. Within the range, individual offers will vary based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process (W2 or C2C).
