Location:

Newark, CA (4 days/week onsite)

This is a high-impact supply chain role where your planning decisions directly influence product availability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. You’ll sit at the intersection of operations, quality, and sourcing—driving execution in a fast-growing, regulated environment where precision and agility matter.

• Play a critical role in delivering products that reach global markets on time
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, finance, and strategic sourcing
• Influence production, inventory health, and supplier performance end-to-end
• Competitive salary range of $90,000 – $105,000 annually
• Strong total rewards including bonus potential, healthcare, 401k match, and flexible PTO

• Own and continuously refine the Master Production Schedule across product lines
• Execute MRP and manage purchase orders with suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Balance inventory levels, MOQs, and warehouse constraints across locations
• Resolve supply disruptions, quality issues, and delivery risks proactively
• Analyze ERP and planning data to improve service levels and inventory turns

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Background in supply chain planning, procurement, or materials management
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environments
• Strong ERP and advanced Excel capabilities
• Detail-driven, proactive, and comfortable in fast-changing environments
