This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Logistics Manager located in Lewisville, TX. The Warehouse Logistics Manager will oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory systems, coordinate supply chain activities, and ensure efficient order fulfillment processes. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, ensuring optimal organization of goods, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining regulatory compliance. This role requires bilingual proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse team and external partners in our global operations.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations at the hub, ensuring efficient package sorting and distribution.
- Manage staff performance and provide training to enhance team productivity.
- Implement best practices for logistics management to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess hub performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics evaluation.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive operational improvements.
