Shipping Clerk (Swing Shift)

The shipping clerk performs the physical and administrative tasks related to the shipping of finished goods, materials, and equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Physical Shipping Tasks:
  • Pick, pack, and audit outbound shipments.
  • Stock finished goods inventory and packaging.
  • Stage products and kits for production.
• Administrative Shipping & Receiving Tasks:
  • Process outbound shipments (Fed Ex, UPS, Expeditor's) and manage shipments via Oracle.
  • Receive finished goods and parts into Oracle.
  • Receive parts and assemblies into finished goods.
  • Process inbound receipts, verifying part numbers and quantities against packing slips.
  • Examine and verify labels on boxes and completeness against shipping documents.
  • Perform proper handling and shipment audits.
  • Handle outbound shipments of finished goods, inventory, and equipment.
  • Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures, ESD, and manufacturing requirements for parts quality.
• Team Support:
  • Demonstrate work methods to new hires and share best practices.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and actively participate in cross-training.
  • Provide support with kitting as requested.
  • Perform other warehouse/logistics duties as assigned.
