Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

The Newark, CA plant is currently accepting resumes for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
. This position is responsible for general maintenance technician with mechanical and minor electrical skills.

• Understanding and knowledge of complex, pneumatic and/or hydraulic processes.
• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on process equipment to maintain uptime.
• Fabrication as needed.
• Perform inventory existing parts and report use for reorder.
• Maintain work area according to plant standard for safety, efficiency and cleanliness.
• Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and government regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
• All other tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Two (2) or more years related experience and/or training.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Lift and/or move 60 pounds and more.

• Must have open availability and weekend availability is required. Typically, the shift is 6 am – 2:30 pm but longer shifts may be required for projects or emergencies.
• Probability of call‑in, overtime and nights/weekends.
• Pay range depends on experience, which is determined through the interview process: $33.25 - $41.29 (there are levels within this range).
