Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Role

Electro‑Mechanical Assembler at Teledyne ETM. Day‑shift, no night or swing shifts. Expected wage $23-$29 per hour.

• Build electronic components, wire harnesses, sub‑assemblies, and large systems.
• Route, secure, and assemble wires and wire bundles of various sizes.
• Assemble and install plumbing components and hoses.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, photos, notes, and verbal guidance.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.
• Identify improvement opportunities for processes and quality.

• Ability to follow manufacturing instructions and learn new processes.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment (multimeters, calipers, pressure gauges).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in positions such as bending, kneeling, or overhead.
• Basic computer skills (email, internet searches, learning new systems).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear spoken and written communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• U.S. citizenship, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or eligibility for export control license from U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.

• Experience with mechanical or electro‑mechanical assembly.
• Experience reading work diagrams or drawings.
• Basic plumbing experience.
• Soldering experience.
• Mechanical aptitude or hands‑on experience (automotive or equipment repair/maintenance).

Hourly: $23–$29 per hour. Estimated annual range: $44,500.00–$59,300.00 based on location, experience, and other factors.
