Mechanical Assembler
We are looking for a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will perform electro-mechanical assembly, including cable harnessing, box builds, wiring, and valve assembly using schematics and drawings. You'll work in a clean room environment alongside a supportive team to produce high-quality products.
Responsibilities- Read and follow schematics, drawings, and work instructions
- Assemble cable harnesses (cutting, routing, bundling, securing)
- Perform box builds and enclosure assembly
- Complete basic wiring and point-to-point wiring
- Assemble valves and pneumatic components
- Use hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, torque tools, calipers, crimpers)
- Perform soldering on electrical components
- Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Maintain clean room standards and organized workspace
- Work with a team to meet production goals
- 6+ months of assembly experience
- Ability to read schematics and drawings
- Experience with cable harnessing and wiring
- Soldering experience
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to multitask and work accurately
- Electro-mechanical assembly experience
- Clean room experience
- Inspection/quality control experience

- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, CA. The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
