Salary Range: $25.00 To $37.00 Hourly
SummaryThe Maintenance Technician III is responsible for inspecting hydrogen and vacuum furnaces, overhead cranes, DI tanks, forklifts, etc. This role will perform repairs on machinery and other equipment as required. Commitment to and support of the Company Core Values are key to success in this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Inspect DI Tanks
- Inspect water pressure
- Inspect cooling systems
- Check for faults and leaks
- Check oil on all pumps
- Check water temps
- Check water pressure
- Perform repairs on machinery and other equipment as required.
- Maintain shop as per OSHA requirements
- Assist management with continual improvements
- Installing, replacing, and checking shop lights
- Maintaining safety guidelines
- Uphold the company core values
- Other duties as assigned
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

- Must have the knowledge and experience necessary for the position.
- Must be able to follow instructions and procedures and work with minimal supervision.
- Must be capable of reading drawings and inspecting the work being performed.
- Excellent reading, writing, and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of electricity
- Repair knowledge of related machinery and equipment
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a facilities technician
Ability to speak and understand basic safety and manufacturing instructions.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to add and subtract two-digit numbers. Ability to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsAuthorization to work in the United States. To conform to U.S. export control regulations, you should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
