While prior production or manufacturing exposure is beneficial, we welcome applicants with robust construction or woodworking expertise.

• Constructing crates and cases
• Handling materials and assembling foam components
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by upholding shop cleanliness
• Verify build accuracy against technical drawings to ensure quality standards are met
• Ensure all machinery and tools are properly maintained and notify leadership of any defects
• Collaborate effectively within a production group and adapt to a flexible work setting
• Complete additional tasks as directed by the management team

• At least 2 years of professional wood crafting experience is preferred
• Practical background in the assembly and production of wood products
• Proven capability to interpret and build from blueprints
• Strong fundamental math and analytical problem‑solving abilities
• Proficiency with standard power tools, including saws and drills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and operate productively without constant oversight

The position operates on the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. You must be available to complete your initial training on the morning shift, which runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
