Job Purpose
Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set‑up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies.
Nature of Duties / Responsibilities- Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set‑up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies.
- Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on‑line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment.
- Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
- Able to read and understand schematic diagrams, blueprints, product manuals, process documents, and gather information regarding parts, fixtures, tools, etc.
- To set up, arrange, and operate equipment as per the specifications and instructions from the supervisor.
- To assemble parts or components to build a whole new product.
- To contribute in fitting, building, or reconstruction of various parts to ensure smooth process of component amalgamation.
- To perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure that the product is formed in accordance with the specifications.
- Requires a minimum of 4 years related experience of production and technical knowledge.
- High school diploma and college courses preferred.
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize work load to meet strict deadlines under supervision.
- Read and understand prints and drawings.
This is an ITAR facility and applicants must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

Salary Range (annual): ($26.00 - $30.00 per hour). Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
