Join a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing team supporting the development of innovative automotive products. We are seeking a hands‑on Mechanical Technician to assist with assembly, inventory management, material handling, and laboratory organization in a prototype environment.

• Support prototype assembly operations through kitting, material preparation, and part movement.
• Build and assemble high-voltage distribution systems and low-voltage wire harnesses following standardized work instructions.
• Assist with inventory management, documentation, and bill of materials (BOM) verification.
• Perform instrumentation support activities, including thermocouple (TC) creation and inventory checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe prototype lab using 5S and EHS best practices.
• Disassemble and scrap end-of-life electronic components to support inventory control.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support prototype builds and testing activities.

• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, electronic components, and bills of materials (BOMs).
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible, dependable, and comfortable working in a dynamic laboratory environment.
