Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

• Manage all aspects of the store
• Build, hire, train, develop, and retain a high-performing team
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build brand loyalty
• Oversee store operations to achieve sales, profitability, customer-service, and operational goals
• Use statistical information and market knowledge to create action plans
• Maximize sales through product knowledge, selling, and operational skills
• Motivate teams and provide performance feedback
• Set expectations and hold the store team accountable
• Ensure merchandising and operational standards are consistently met
• Oversee controllable expenses, including payroll and training
• Assist with floor sets, window changes, and visual merchandising
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts
• Execute management functions when the Assistant Manager is absent
• Schedule employees to maximize productivity
• Report to the District Manager

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar-volume apparel business (preferred)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• May require occasional travel to other store locations and attendance at district meetings
• Ability to build and manage teams
• Product knowledge, selling, and operational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change

Demonstrates strong leadership in managing store operations, building and developing high-performing teams, and maximizing sales through effective product knowledge and customer engagement. Proven ability to create action plans based on statistical analysis and market knowledge to achieve operational goals.
