Entry Level Sales and Marketing Associate

Golden Gate Generations is a performance-driven sales and marketing firm that works directly with nationally recognized brands inside high-traffic retail environments. We are building our next wave of leaders, and this position is designed for individuals who want more than an hourly job, they want a long-term career path.

This is not a call center, not remote work, and not door-to-door sales. This is professional, face- to-face customer engagement where you build communication skills, business awareness, and leadership potential.

In this role, you will represent our clients by working directly with customers in retail locations. You will educate customers on current promotions, answer questions, guide them through product or service options, and assist with new account setups or account updates. You will be expected to maintain a professional work area, stay informed on client offerings, and deliver consistent customer experience.

Over time, you will also learn how to track performance, support team initiatives, and develop leadership skills.

We are looking for individuals who are 18 or older, available full-time, and ready to grow. You should be reliable, professional, and comfortable speaking with people. Sales experience is not required — we provide full paid training — but a strong work ethic, coachability, and a desire to build something long-term are essential.

This is a paid hourly position ranging from $19.20 to $26 per hour, based on experience and performance. Pay is weekly, with bonuses and commissions on top of your base pay. We also offer mileage compensation, partial cell phone reimbursement, and employee discounts.
