• Sun: 09:00 PM – 05:00 AM

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, trailer yards, loading docks, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and support security‑related awareness.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries, helping to follow site protocols for identification, visitor processing, and restricted area access.
• Support loss prevention and operational continuity by reporting damaged gates, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or other security-related concerns observed during patrols.

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• The ability to use a computer or tablet is preferred.
• X‑ray screening experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city‑issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
