Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and promptly communicate concerns to designated personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of loading docks, warehouse areas, parking lots, trailer yards, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor employee, visitor, vehicle, and delivery access in accordance with location procedures and report irregularities.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and security-related observations through accurate written and/or electronic reports
