Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, access points, common areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures;
Prepare clear and accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications
