Location: Newark, CA
Pay Rate: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour
Schedule: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, including some weekends

- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, manuals, and work orders
- Basic welding, fabrication, and machining experience
- Strong understanding of industrial safety practices
- Ability to work independently in a production environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills-
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to bend, climb ladders, stoop, reach, and work around moving equipment
- Perform preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and control systems
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
- Inspect and prepare production lines before startup
- Maintain steam, compressed air, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and water systems
- Complete maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation accurately and on time
- Perform basic welding, fabrication, and machining as needed
- Install and modify equipment using manuals, schematics, and layout drawings
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas while following GMP and food safety standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Assist with general building and facility maintenance
- Follow all company safety, food safety, and quality standards
