HVAC Service Manager

Bell Bros is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our residential service team in the greater Sacramento area. In this role, you'll oversee daily HVAC service operations, manage and mentor technicians, and ensure quality, safety, and code compliance on every job. You'll coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and workflow, assist with complex diagnostics, and support accurate estimating. The Service Manager partners with customer service and sales to maintain high satisfaction, resolve escalated issues, and uphold Bell Bros' reputation for integrity, craftsmanship, and friendly, reliable home services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage residential HVAC service technicians
• Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and dispatch
• Ensure quality control, safety, and code compliance on all jobs
• Support complex HVAC diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and service standards
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve escalated issues
• Coordinate with sales on system upgrades and add-on services
• Train, coach, and mentor technicians on technical and customer-service skills
• Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting
• Promote Bell Bros' culture of integrity, craftsmanship, and customer-first service
