We are looking for a motivated Backend Engineer with 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in Node.js and Java development. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their skills while contributing to building scalable and reliable backend systems.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Java
. - Build and support RESTful APIs and integrations with databases.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and product teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving backend issues.
- Contribute to code reviews and team knowledge sharing.
- 1–2 years of backend development experience with Node.js and Java.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL or No
SQL such as MySQL, Postgre
SQL, Mongo
DB). - Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Experience with microservices architectureb>.
- Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

The pay range for this role is:
50 - 55 USD per hour (Hybrid (Newark, California, US))
