We are seeking a Senior / Lead-level Software Engineer to support the design and development of enterprise-scale supply chain platforms in a fast-paced, onsite engineering environment. This role focuses on building modern, scalable web applications using React, Type Script, Node.js, Java, and AWS Cloud
, with strong ownership over architecture, technical decisions, and delivery outcomes
.
The engineer will work closely with cross-functional product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, cloud-native solutions and modernize large-scale systems.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web-based enterprise applications
- Build and enhance React-based web component libraries
- Develop backend services using Node.js and Java
- Analyze system and business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead or contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
- Review enhancement requests and define implementation approaches
- Perform code reviews and enforce best engineering practices
- Create detailed technical specifications and test plans
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and post-implementation validation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across new and legacy systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and system stability
- 12+ years of overall software development experience
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with:
React, Type Script, Node.js, MongoDB - Strong experience with Java in enterprise environments
- Proven track record leading development efforts and contributing to large-scale projects
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience working with AWS Cloud and cloud-native architectures
- Background in frontend-heavy or full-stack development
- Experience supporting and modernizing enterprise and legacy systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (required)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
