Qualifications and Experience
- 10+ years of strong hands‑on experience in 3
DEXPERIENCE customization and development - Deep expertise in CAA (C++), EKL, and VBA for 3
DEXPERIENCE applications - Proven experience in developing and enhancing custom commands, business rules, and automation
- Strong background in platform level configuration and customization to support:
- Engineering and R&D use cases
- New release rollouts and upgrades
- Extensive hands‑on production support experience, including:
- Root cause analysis
- Building automation to reduce manual effort and recurring errors
- Experience with code upgrades, platform enhancements, and deployment of custom features across 3
DEXPERIENCE releases - Ability to work closely with PLM, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to translate evolving business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work onsite with end users to quickly understand issues and deliver effective solutions
- Experience supporting or integrating 3DExperience with enterprise systems such as ERP
- Customization and enhancement of 3DSpace and 3DDashboard, including UI components, dashboards, widgets, and user‑centric workflows, is a plus
