This Senior Tax Manager will serve as a key advisor to clients while helping lead and develop the firm's growing tax practice.

You'll have the opportunity to work directly with business owners, high‑net‑worth individuals, real estate investors, construction companies, and family groups while expanding your exposure beyond compliance into planning, consulting, and relationship management.

• Manage and review complex tax engagements
• Oversee preparation and review of individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and estate tax returns
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide strategic guidance
• Mentor and develop tax staff and seniors
• Participate in client meetings and advisory engagements
• Assist with practice development and business growth initiatives
• Collaborate directly with firm leadership on client strategy and service delivery

You’ll work across a diverse client base including:

• Partnerships
• S Corporations and some C Corporations
• Small and Mid‑Sized Businesses

• Public accounting tax experience required
• Prior experience reviewing returns and managing client relationships
• Strong background in individual and pass‑through entity taxation
• Experience with HNWI, real estate, construction, or trust & estate clients preferred
• CPA license preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Interest in business development and long‑term leadership growth
