As an Audit Supervisor, you will take a lead role in servicing a wide range of clients. Your role/function will include the following:

• Work closely with business owners and firm leadership
• Mentor and supervise team members and support their professional growth
• Develop strong client relationships
• Plan, perform, and supervise audit engagements
• Study and evaluate clients’ internal controls
• Assure work is performed in accordance with generally accepted professional and firm standards

• 5 years of recent public accounting audit experience, with experience in mid-size companies in audit engagement planning, supervising, reviewing, and wrap-up
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• An active CPA license, or actively pursuing it
• Expertise in GAAP and GAAS
• A proactive, relationship-driven approach to client service
  
  Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of audit and research software
• Open to adoption of new technologies, including AI-enabled tools

• Enjoy mentoring and developing audit team members
• Like building trusted client relationships
• Can successfully manage multiple priorities
• Bring strong technical audit experience
• Enjoy solving business challenges
• Want to make an impact beyond compliance
• Value teamwork, flexibility, and continuous learning
