As an Audit Supervisor, you will take a lead role in servicing a wide range of clients. Your role/function will include the following:
- Work closely with business owners and firm leadership
- Mentor and supervise team members and support their professional growth
- Develop strong client relationships
- Plan, perform, and supervise audit engagements
- Study and evaluate clients’ internal controls
- Assure work is performed in accordance with generally accepted professional and firm standards
- 5 years of recent public accounting audit experience, with experience in mid-size companies in audit engagement planning, supervising, reviewing, and wrap-up
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- An active CPA license, or actively pursuing it
- Expertise in GAAP and GAAS
- A proactive, relationship-driven approach to client service
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills - Proficiency in the use of audit and research software
- Open to adoption of new technologies, including AI-enabled tools
- Enjoy mentoring and developing audit team members
- Like building trusted client relationships
- Can successfully manage multiple priorities
- Bring strong technical audit experience
- Enjoy solving business challenges
- Want to make an impact beyond compliance
