The Role:We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to support our CEO and manage project timelines, client and vendor relations, and the company's social media accounts. This vital role involves overseeing complex calendars, coordinating projects, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude to help drive efficiency and productivity across the organization.

- Manage the owner's calendar, appointments, and daily priorities
- Serve as the first point-of-contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Coordinate scheduling across active remodel and restoration projects
- Organize and maintain project documents, contracts, and permits
- Track job timelines and follow up on outstanding items
- Assist with vendor sourcing, material orders, and supplier communication
- Handle miscellaneous personal and business errands as needed
- 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar role
- Experience in construction, contracting, or real estate strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office;
Quick Books a plus - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid driver's license required
