Position Summary
The Office Administrative Assistant supports warehouse operations by coordinating and processing customer orders to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment. This role serves as a key link between office administration and warehouse execution, helping maintain workflow efficiency, order accuracy, and customer service standards.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities- Process, scan, and assign customer orders to support efficient warehouse picking operations.
- Coordinate and assign Will Call orders for timely customer pickup.
- Prepare and process shipping manifests for outbound deliveries.
- Perform order lookups and provide status updates as needed.
- Process and route specialty orders, including cut and shearing requests.
- Utilize warehouse systems and dashboards to assign orders to scanning devices (RF guns).
- Monitor workflow queues to ensure timely order processing and prioritization.
- Communicate with warehouse personnel to resolve order issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and system records related to order processing.
- Provide support for customer service inquiries related to order status and fulfillment.
- Assist in maintaining organized and efficient administrative processes within the warehouse office.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.

Education- High School diploma preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clerical, administrative or customer service experience
- Experience in fishing/boating industry preferred but not required
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive customer service, excellent communication and follow-up, detail oriented, motivated, self‑starter with a high work ethic along with good analytical problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; ability to learn, navigate and use designated software programs as required to perform job functions
- Must be able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and have the ability to interact professionally and positively with others within the department and organization
Office, warehouse, truck yard – moderate to loud noise level. This position regularly requires standing; walking; sitting; use hands; reaching with hands and arms; and talking and/or hearing. Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
