Hours:

This is a part-time, non-benefited position (maximum of 20 hours/week)

* Context of the Job:

The Graduate College has an opening for a miscellaneous wage position which will support our graduate admissions team.

Major Responsibilities:

* Enter data and maintain records in the Slate CRM

* Oversee query management and auditing responsibilities

* Utilize reports & system modules in CRM for tracking inquiries & application materials

* Respond to emails using CRM automation and Inbox system

* Assist with on-campus and virtual events (registration & materials, check-in etc.)

* Scan and upload documents

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or higher

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Experience with analyzing large datasets and summarizing information in a way understandable to a range of audiences

* Demonstration of attention to detail, analytical skills, and a focus on organization and accuracy

* Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams), and Google Suite

* Ability to prioritize work requirements and handle multiple assignments or tasks

* Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively with a team

* Demonstration of a service-oriented mindset

* Experience with maintaining confidentiality

* Familiarity with CRMs systems if possible
