What You'll Do

* Greet customers and vendors with professionalism and care

* Inspect damaged vehicles and create accurate repair estimates

* Prepare detailed reports and calculate parts/labor costs

* Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters

* Keep customers updated throughout the repair process

* Process paperwork and ensure accurate system entries

* Manage workload and prioritize multiple repair jobs

* Build strong relationships with customers and partners

What We're Looking For

* 3+ years of collision estimating / insurance adjusting experience

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

* Knowledge of repair procedures and insurance processes

* Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

* Computer proficiency required

* Valid Driver's License with good driving record

* High School Diploma or GED (additional training a plus)
