- Lead and manage the dealership accounting office team
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes
- Ensure accuracy of financial schedules and reconciliations
- Review general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payables
- Complete month-end and year-end closings on time
- Analyze income and expenses, identifying variances
- Maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards
- Collaborate with department leaders across the dealership
- Support payroll and commission processing with HR
- Minimum 2 years Automotive Office Manager experience
- Dealership experience required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, dealership systems)
- Dealer Track experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
