What You'll Do
- Greet customers and vendors with professionalism and care
- Inspect damaged vehicles and create accurate repair estimates
- Prepare detailed reports and calculate parts/labor costs
- Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Process paperwork and ensure accurate system entries
- Manage workload and prioritize multiple repair jobs
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of collision estimating / insurance adjusting experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Knowledge of repair procedures and insurance processes
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Computer proficiency required
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record
- High School Diploma or GED (additional training a plus)
