• Order, receive, stock, and bill automotive parts.
• Assist retail customers and service technicians with parts requests.
• Maintain organized inventory and accurate parts records.
• Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate parts pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction.

• 1-2 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Dealership or retail parts experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
