What You’ll Contribute

The Senior Associate, Business Operations will support our day-to-day operational activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Business Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Support and execute various operational processes to ensure smooth business operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify operational needs, and recommend process improvements
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to streamline workflow, increase productivity, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational documentation, including process manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of operational issues, and elevate as necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate and prioritize tasks and projects
  • Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations for management review
  • Respond to assigned school and partner requests for proposal (RFPs)
    • Ensure compliance requirements around our school response content and strategy, maximizing our win rate while maintaining strict adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and challenges in responses and work with Director to mitigate them

What you have

Minimum:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using business software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Knowledge of operational processes and best practices
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

Preferred:
