A leading company is hiring an Associate, Corporate Governance to support their Risk Management team. This temporary role involves assisting with document management, quality reviews, and governance reporting. • Support the publication and upkeep of company documents within designated systems.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure documents meet governance standards.
• Track document review cycles, extensions, and archival activities.
• Verify record accuracy, completeness, and consistency, coordinating updates with stakeholders.
• Help prepare governance reports and assist in team meetings with documentation and follow-up.

• Possess knowledge of document lifecycle activities and governance reporting.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Have experience maintaining governance records, inventories, and repositories.
• Be familiar with document management systems and metadata review.
• Hold relevant experience supporting corporate policy or document governance functions.
