Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer leads the creative design process across all visual branding and marketing campaigns. They are responsible for delivering high-quality designs for print, digital, and social platforms while maintaining brand consistency. This role involves mentoring junior designers, managing design workflows, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to bring marketing strategies to life.

• Conceptualize and execute high-quality visual assets for campaigns, ads, social media, and website
• Lead the design process from concept to final output, including reviews and revisions
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams on creative direction
• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and materials
• Manage design projects and coordinate with print and production vendors
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies
• Mentor and review the work of junior designers and interns

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Minimum 4–6 years of professional design experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management
