The Egg, Student Life’s Student Creative Agency is a professionally advised student multimedia and design group and premier professional development and experiential learning program revolving around creativity. We work on projects for Student Life departments and in support of student groups.

The 12+ units and 25 functional areas comprising the Division of Student Life support all UD students as they develop personally, educationally, and professionally. Students find that the development we facilitate, and the communities we foster, fill the abundant space between the classroom and life to complete their University of Delaware experience.

In partnership with students, parents, families, faculty, staff, and alumni, the Division provides thousands of unique opportunities for all UD students to discover their identities and passions; manage their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing; and learn to engage with the many diverse communities to which they belong as they prepare for a lifetime of growth and excellence.

• Capture student events, direct and assist photography sessions, and capture artistic shots around campus for both digital and print marketing purposes.
• Perform photography setup and scheduling, operate the camera and equipment (lighting, backdrop, etc.), break down equipment, and maintain it in working condition for future shoots.
• Edit and deliver photos before the project deadline to be featured on the website, social media, and display screens around campus.
• Use Asana to deliver photos and communicate with project members.
• Maintain storage of photography using our shared BOX database.
• Attend bi‑weekly team meetings over Zoom.
• Coordinate and schedule photoshoots with students and staff.
• Assist with multi‑team marketing projects and campaigns as needed.
• Responsible on occasion for capturing artistic b‑roll video footage.

• Experience with photography or videography is preferred.

Applicants must be undergraduate students at the University of Delaware. Work study eligibility can be found. Applicants who are not enrolled as undergraduate students at the University will not be considered for this position.
